Who we are

What we collect and why

• Your email address, to send your converted files and answer you.
• The files you send us, only to convert them and check the result.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, no cookies, no personal profile).
• Where your visit came from (for example, an ad, a newsletter or a forum). It is kept only in your browser during your visit, without cookies, and attached to your form or order so we know which channels help people find us.

How long we keep your files

Your original and converted files are deleted 7 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Order records (email, date, amount) are kept as long as tax law requires.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Tally (file upload forms), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and Google (email inbox). We never sell or share your files or email for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@openpubfiles.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
